Luke Haberman - Owner and First Guide
Luke Haberman is the Owner/ Operator of Western Canadian Golf Tours. Growing up on the prairies of Saskatchewan has given Luke an appreciation for the mountains and the enjoyments that go along with them. He is an intense, high-level participant in golf, ski mountaineering, downhill mountain biking, fishing and almost anything to do with enjoying Canada's great outdoors. Luke graduated from the intensive 2,000 hour Golf Management and Operations Program at Selkirk College, Nelson, British Columbia in 1998. Upon completion he moved to the East Kootenay's, where he has nearly a decade of work experience in the Golf and Hospitality Industries. His drive to experience more, lead him to another one of his passions, world travel. After returning from traveling the world, Luke decided that his love of Canada should be shared. With the upcoming 2010 Olympic Winter Games being hosted in Whistler, British Columbia, the worlds eyes will be set on British Columbia. Canada's ever growing tourism industry has provided Luke with the opportunity to expose British Columbia's Interior as a world class golf destination. Kylan Borton - Guide and CPGA Professional
Kylan Borton, a certified Golf Instructor and First Guide, hails from Wawanesa, Manitoba, Canada. His love of golf began at the age of 3, when he first swung a golf club, and has grown into a passion that is now his full time occupation. After completing high school he moved west to pursue his dreams of living and playing golf in the Canadian Rocky Mountains. Lethbridge Community College, located on the doorstep of Montana and British Columbia, is where Kylan attended the intensive three year Professional Golf Management Program. This outstanding program helped him turn professional, learn to effectively instruct golf and compete on professional golf tours. He is excited to share with you the most amazing golf experience worldwide!
